Virtual Project Spaces are used in a variety of ways, from universities teaching architecture, architects meeting with clients, industry organizations meeting with members, or designers simply experimenting with the potential for purely virtual design.

In this case, a Project Space is being used by Crescendo Design to illustrate a design concept called ‘The Vervain.’  The model is accompanied by diagrams to educate visitors about such sustainable design principles and technologies as passive solar, geothermal, wind power, solar photovoltaic and more.  The site also features revolving information icons that visitors can click on to learn about the home’s various features.  The site essentially serves as a 3D version of Crescendo’s 3D website.
