The following is a guest post/request from Moira Hunter:
I am a teacher at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture Paris-Malaquais in France. I am also a doctoral researcher in the Department of Educational Research at Lancaster University in the UK and am currently coordinating an EU project involving SL, “ARCHI21” (Architectural And Design Based Education And Practice Through Content And Language Integrated Learning Using Immersive Virtual Environments For 21st Century Skills).
I would like to invite you to be interviewed and allow me to ask you some questions concerning your experiences (past, current or both) using Second Life as a real-world practising architect. The purpose of the study is to examine variations of experiences by professionally qualified architects using Second Life in order to inform architectural curriculum in Higher Education. Skype will be used for the recording of the audio call which will last 45 – 60 minutes. To safeguard your confidentiality and anonymity, you will be given a pseudonym in the transcription, and all identifying information will be removed.
Please contact me in-world (Busy Link) or by email moira.hunter[at]paris-malaquais.archi.fr and I will be happy to send you a Consent Form with more details and to arrange the interview at a time which is convenient for you.
I sincerely hope that you will accept and look forward to receiving your reply.
Best Regards
Moira Hunter (RL)
